As an entrepreneur and Realtor, Courtney jumps right into helping her clients. She goes out of her way to perform every aspect of her job, even tasks that are outside of her Realtor role, because she wants her clients to have the best real estate experience possible. In addition to Courtney’s real estate experience, she spent 10 years in the classroom teaching high school English. She holds two masters degrees in Secondary Teaching Pedagogy and Educational Leadership, and she is working on her third Masters in Real Estate Development (MRED) with the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business. Courtney blends her education background with real estate to deliver quality customer service. She loves helping sellers and buyers with their real estate needs. In Courtney’s spare time, she loves to read, exercise, teach adjunct at the local community college and lead private group tours to Europe.

Adam is an accomplished real estate agent with extensive sales experience. Ben is an entrepreneur at heart. By the age of 27, he started, from the ground up, his first construction company specializing in custom homes and small commercial buildings. Within the first year, Ben was able to turn his $2500 start-up capital into grossing over $1 million dollars in revenue. He has built projects in Utah, Idaho, Washington, New Mexico and Texas. Tired of traveling and desiring to be at home with his growing children, Ben directed his entrepreneurial spirit into the real estate sector. Licensed in 2004, he has experience in new construction, resale, short sales, flipping and rehabbing. In 2008, when Utah's real estate was in serious decline, Ben achieved Top Listing Agent for several months in a row. From 2015-2019, he worked for a top 10 Utah homebuilder where his success in building and real estate allowed him to help hundreds of individuals achieve the American dream proving his strong work ethic and commitment to his clients. One of his greatest desires is to do what is right for his clients by seeing that their needs and desires are met. In 2018, because of his sales record and education, Ben obtained his broker license. Currently, he is an Associate Broker at KW Westfield. He still keeps one foot in building and holds a B100 General Contracting license, and he would love to help you with your homebuilding needs, whether that's basement finishing or a custom home. In his spare time, you will find him running, camping, fishing or finding great places to eat. He enjoys NCAA basketball and football, Alaskan fishing and the Arts, but he especially loves playing golf or basketball with his kids.
