Is it a good time to buy?

We get asked this a lot. Many buyers try to time the market, and that's nearly impossible to do. Real estate markets go up, and they go down. We can't guarantee when that will happen; however, what we can do is sit down with you to learn about your situation. Then, we can help you determine if now is a good time for you to buy.

do i need to put 20% down?

There are absolutely financial benefits to putting 20% down; however, that isn't necessary. There are a lot of different loan programs available, even no money down options. We'd love to sit down with you and chat about your goals, as well as refer you to one of our preferred lenders, so you can make an informed decision about what is best for your situation.

does your team deal with va loans?

Yes, we do! We have helped several individuals and families who qualify for a VA loan. VA loans are a little different than a regular conventional loan, so we like to refer you to one of our trusted VA lenders who can help you navigate the loan process, and we'll help with the rest!
